I walk with my ancestors, my guides, the invisible ones,

with the wounds I’ve tended and the beauty I’ve remembered.
I guide with a body that listens.
With a voice that blesses.
With boundaries that hold.
With love that does not sacrifice truth.
This guidance is not extraction — it’s an offering.

Her work is centred on guiding transformative processes with a special focus on ancestral wounds related to the feminine. She integrates expertise, sensitivity, and creativity—bringing both vision and presence to the spaces she holds.
With a refined ability to perceive collective currents, she attunes to the unseen: the shadow, the unconscious, and whatever is asking to be acknowledged and integrated.

Originally from the Iberian Peninsula, her exposure to diverse cultures expanded her understanding of identity, belonging, and the human experience. Having journeyed through her own history of familial disconnection, she rebuilt connection with her lineage, finding a renewed sense of grounding and belonging.
This process informs her mission today: to help others reconnect with themselves and their ancestry through somatic awareness and a trauma-informed approach.
Her work weaves ancestral awareness, spirituality, and creative embodiment. She offers a grounded, compassionate presence, rooted in observation, deep listening, and a clear commitment to healing and remembrance.
Paula is a Feldenkrais Practitioner, Somatic Facilitator, & Certified Ancestral Healing Lineage Practitioner.
